Accounts, audio uploads, subscriptions, and transcription purchases on the main Whisper Web product are separate services and are subject to the terms presented there.

Creator rights and permitted use

Recordings, show names, artwork, descriptions, and other creator materials belong to their respective owners. Our site design and branding also remain protected. Access to a page does not transfer ownership or grant blanket permission to reproduce its content.

You may browse and share links. Any copying, quotation, or other reuse must be allowed by applicable law or the relevant rights holder's license. Follow attribution requirements and check the source before relying on a claimed license. A listing does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Transcript limitations

Transcripts and catalog metadata can contain omissions, incorrect words, speaker errors, or outdated information. Some episodes have only a preview or no transcript. Verify quotes and timestamps against the original recording. Content is provided for general information and is not professional advice.
